Starting March 2025, LEAD brings you an accessible, practical, and impactful 10-week online course tailored specifically for community and not-for-profit leaders in Aotearoa. Designed to equip you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to navigate the unique challenges of leading in this space, this programme is your opportunity to grow as a leader while building meaningful connections with like-minded peers. 

 

 What to Expect 

This programme has a Flexible and Engaging Format combines to ensure a rich learning experience: 

  • - Large group virtual workshops every two weeks via Zoom, focusing on key leadership topics. 

  • - Peer group discussions to explore ideas and deepen understanding. 

  • - Self-directed learning activities for reflection and practical application. 

  • - Written feedback to guide your development.
